SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You have the option to expedite your shipping by contacting hello@flagpolenyc.com

Your package will ship out within a week of purchase, excluding holidays.  

International shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer;  these shipments are also subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees based on the country jurisdiction.

RETURN POLICY

We'd love to help you find the perfect piece of Flagpole swimwear or beachwear so please don't hesitate to email us or fill out the Personal Shopper questionnaire!

Due to our closing, all items are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Items marked "Sale" are non-refundable or exchangeable.  

Please wear undergarments when trying on suits to protect the health and safety of all customers. Any suits with visible damages and unable to be resold will not be refunded. 

We are unable to provide return labels on international orders, and therefore international return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please make note on the Commercial Invoice that these items are a return, and use each item’s listed price as it’s value.

Please note: All Custom, Sale, Special orders, Sample Sale, Final Sale and Gift card purchases are final
