How do your swimsuits and clothes fit?

Our bathing suits have moderate coverage and are made to support your active lifestyle. Suits should be tight and supportive but not squeezing.

A lot of our solid colored beach and lounge wear is made of swimwear fabric, which contains the same quick-drying capability as our suits. They can go over a wet suit and you do not have to spend the rest of the day cursed with wet spots.

Most of our clothes are made to be easy and flowing. You do not have to be uncomfortable to look great.

How do I best care for my Flagpole swimsuit?

Our bathing suits are made to last.

Taking proper care of your swimwear is easy and can ensure the longevity of your suit.  We recommend hand washing your swimsuit in lukewarm to cold water with a mild detergent. Do not let your suit soak in detergent for long periods of time (we recommend approx. ten minutes) as this can cause colors to bleed. Hang or lay your suit flat to dry. Do not put your suit in a dryer as this can damage the fibers of the elastic.

Please be sure to refer to the care tag in the garment.

And how do I care for Flagpole resort wear?

For clothing made from swimwear fabric we recommend hand washing in lukewarm to cold water with a mild detergent. Do not soak the garment in detergent for long periods of time (we recommend approx. ten minutes) as this can cause colors to bleed. Hang or lay your clothes flat to dry. Performance fabric can be washed on the delicate cycle in cold water, but please do not put your garment in a dryer as this can damage the fibers of the elastic. 

For our knits and poly fabric we recommend dry cleaning to ensure the longevity of your clothes, as these fibers are more susceptible to wear and tear.

What is your shipping policy?

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. You have the option to expedite your shipping by contacting hello@flagpolenyc.com

Your package will ship out within a week of purchase, excluding holidays.  

International shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer;  these shipments are also subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees based on the country jurisdiction.

What is your return policy?

We'd love to help you find the perfect piece of Flagpole swimwear or beachwear so please don't hesitate to email us or fill out the Personal Shopper questionnaire!

Due to our closing, all items are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

We are unable to provide return labels on international orders, and therefore international return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please make note on the Commercial Invoice that these items are a return, and use each item’s listed price as it’s value.
